The following terminology applies to this agreement: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting Balanced Health Wellness Consulting’s terms and conditions. “The Business,” “the Company,” “Balanced Health Wellness Consulting,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us,” refers to our business, Balanced Health Wellness Consulting, LLC. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or, he/she, or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Coaching & Consulting: 

By choosing to work with Balanced Health Wellness Consulting you are making a commitment to participate in the process through to its conclusion. As a result, all services must be paid up front at the time of scheduling the service, either in full or with a 50% down payment with the remaining 50% due prior to the start of the scheduled session. However, we understand that life happens and unexpected events can require a change of plans. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule a service please see our policy below.

Cancellation requests by client

  • Client must provide 24 hours notice to cancel a scheduled 1:1 single-session or their participation in a group session. Cancellations requested within 24 hours of a scheduled service will be considered a “late cancel” and no refund will be issued. Client may also choose to simply reschedule their session to avoid any loss of payment or incur a fee.
  • Cancellation of package sessions will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the balance of unused sessions, regardless of 24 hours notice.
  • To request a cancellation, send your request to [email protected] or call us at 347-903-2812. We will be in touch with you prior to issuing the refund (if applicable). Refunds will be granted via the method of original payment.

Rescheduling requests by client

  • Once your session has been scheduled it is considered a set appointment(s). However, if necessary, you may request that your session be rescheduled. To reschedule a session you must call us 347-903-2812. Please understand that while we will do our best to reschedule your session for a similar day & time, this is not guaranteed and will be dependent on availability.
  • If you cannot make a scheduled group session you may request a credit that can be used for a future group session.
  • No refunds will be granted for rescheduled sessions.

Termination of services by Balanced Health Wellness Consulting

  • Balanced Health Wellness Consulting reserves the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behavior on the part of the Client; inappropriate or offensive behavior from the Client; or irresponsible or disrespectful behavior from the Client.
  • Balanced Health Wellness Consulting will notify the Client immediately with the reason for termination or modification and notice of its effective date. In such situations, at the discretion of Balanced Health Wellness Consulting, a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.
