A little about me and my coaching philosophy
At the heart of my coaching philosophy is a holistic approach that recognizes the interconnectedness of all aspects of our lives – physical, psychological and emotional. When our lives are out of balance it can be difficult to find success, happiness and fulfillment. My coaching philosophy is grounded in making consistent changes that lead us to accomplishing our goals and achieving our dreams. I know first hand what it’s like to seek balance as someone who fills many roles in life as a school counselor, mom of two, wife, daughter, and friend to name a few.
Over the years I’ve had to focus on making small changes in my own life. Those changes ultimately yielded major positive results. It’s because I recognized this and chose to act that I now lead a happier and more fulfilling life. I’ve had help along the way from many professionals and friends, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to utilize the tools and training I have to help you achieve your dreams.
